At the crossroads of movement, energy and body awareness

As a passionate practitioner and experienced teacher of internal martial arts (Taikyokuken, Jisei Taichi/Budo, Chi Kong) and external martial arts (Karate), as well as Yoga, I have complemented my approach with a solid grounding in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics, having obtained two state-recognised qualifications as a sports instructor.
This knowledge now enables me to work in various contexts: sporting, educational and socio-educational.
Convinced that progress in martial arts requires a detailed understanding of the body and its internal dynamics, I naturally turned to manual and energetic approaches.

Introduced to Shiatsu in 1995 by my grandfather, and subsequently trained under Kanuzori Sasaki sensei and other Japanese schools (Okuyama, Namikoshi, Ohashi and Yafuso sama in Okinawa…), I have been exploring the subtle links between posture, energy and overall well-being for several years.

Today, I am continuing my training with Hiroshi Iwaoka sensei, Master and founder of Myo-energetics, a method of body analysis and postural harmonisation that I have fully integrated into my practice.
I complement this approach with techniques drawn from Sôtai (motor harmonisation) and Seifuku (body balance), as part of a holistic, respectful and personalised support programme.

Having also trained in the Manual Articular and Tissue Approach at EPAMAT under Luc Papadacci, I incorporate these techniques into a detailed assessment of the body, with the aim of supporting the body’s natural processes of balance and relaxation.

All this experience has enabled me to develop my own method using OsteoShiatsu (neither osteopathy nor shiatsu, but a perfect fusion of the two for rapid and effective rebalancing).

My work focuses on physical and energetic well-being.

I work on an ad hoc basis in French Guiana, the Canary Islands, mainland Spain, France and Hungary, particularly within the framework of stress management programmes and the prevention of disorders linked to occupational postures.
Committed to teaching and the development of martial arts, I sit on the steering committee of the French Guiana Karate League and am involved in instructor training, particularly at the Guiana School of Martial Energy, which I founded in Kourou.
Through the classes I teach at the Canarian School of Martial Energy, I now bring together all my experience in a synergy of movement, body awareness and energy.

As President of the European Academy of Martial Energy, it turns out that my colleagues and I are going to develop this method for the wider public, to provide them with the tools they need to maintain their daily health.
