Many people are looking for a reliable, accessible and natural approach to improving their physical well-being. ‘The StM Method’ is a physical therapy suitable for everyone, which helps to release tension and promotes improved overall mobility.
Combined with OsteoShiatsu®, this approach becomes a tool for body maintenance to be incorporated into a routine of wellbeing and prevention. It can be used alongside medical care if necessary, as part of a general wellbeing programme. This is the principle behind the Auto Sôtai System.
Over the course of the sessions, you are guided to promote joint and muscular harmony, supporting fluidity of movement and a sense of physical comfort.
Created by Loïc PERON, an experienced practitioner specialising in addressing bodily imbalances, this method is based on over 30 years of experience and observation.
Techniques used include: Shiatsu, micropuncture, moxibustion and Sôtai, delivered through a gentle, respectful and personalised approach.

At the end of each session, I take the time to explain in full detail the work we have done, so that you understand the mechanisms at play within your body.
I then suggest personalised exercises drawn from The StM Method and the Sôtaï Yoga System, to help you prolong the benefits of the session and remain in control of your own physical balance.
Regular sessions with The StM Method form part of a preventative approach, aimed at maintaining mobility, fluidity and joint comfort in your daily life.

The Auto-Sôtai System refers to the independent application of the principles of Sôtai, as part of an approach focused on physical support and body awareness. Accessible to everyone, this system promotes relaxation and fluidity of movement, whilst enhancing awareness of the body.
The StM Method guides you step by step through the process of activating isometric muscle contraction, a natural mechanism that supports bodily harmony and coordination in your movements. This progression takes place in stages, taking into account your abilities and how you feel.
For practitioners of yoga or other physical disciplines, the Sôtai Yoga System offers a logical and valuable progression. It supports the body in realising its full potential, promoting a respectful and sustainable practice within the context of overall well-being.
