You are invited to take part in **classes** on internal techniques for well-being, focusing on gentle, body-respecting exercises with no risk of injury.
These **classes** combine ancient and modern practices such as Qi Gong, Taikyokuken (Japanese Taichi Chuan – Jisei Taichi of the Tokitsu School), breathing exercises, meridian stretching and the Sôtai Yoga System, to promote flexibility, bodily harmony and energetic balance.

This holistic approach promotes body awareness, relaxation and fluidity of movement, whilst boosting vitality and supporting a general sense of well-being. It helps to maintain the benefits of OsteoShiatsu® sessions.

 

Learning and physical objectives:

  • Improve breathing and energy flow

  • Engage the back and become aware of postural habits

  • Strengthen the legs and build overall physical strength

  • Promote muscle relaxation and fluidity of movement

  • Develop coordination, balance and self-confidence

  • Deepen physical awareness for athletes wishing to better feel their movements

  • Discover self-defence in a gentle way to better understand body positioning

These **classes** are open to everyone aged 15 and over.

When you take up a martial art, it is essential to receive proper guidance in order to learn the correct and effective techniques.

The instructor, a dedicated practitioner since 1984 and a qualified martial arts instructor since 1999, offers you a rich and varied experience, combining tradition with a technical approach. He will guide you towards what best suits your specific needs, in a relaxed atmosphere conducive to your progress.
Trained in karate, Taikyokuken/Jisei Taichi/Budo, as well as street boxing, self-defence sticks, and complementary disciplines such as yoga and kinesiostretching, he will provide you with a range of practical tools, useful both in your martial arts practice and in your daily life.
